Our verdict

The Mesh Matrix 1GHz plus is a well thought out system, the quality of components and performance for the price of £999.00 plus VAT is outstanding, this with a bonus of three years warranty for parts and labour leaves you grasping for air. Our only gripe is the 3D Power video card, we have not seen a Mesh with an OEM video card before, and have no ambitions to do so again, this was the only bottleneck in what is a fine piece of kit. The Mesh misses out on our excellence award due to the video card mishap, however when a manufacturer like Mesh produces an otherwise excellent system like the Matrix 1GHz, it's difficult to overlook it for an award, and with this mind the system is a worthy winner of our performance award. Well-done Mesh!
