As far back as 1991 ABIT has been manufacturing motherboards with grandeur to ensure consumers get more value for money. There is a downside for having this extra in the form of stability, based on an incorrect mix of components used. The supporting components have to follow a stringently laid down specification to ensure stability and compatibility is sustained, otherwise problems do and can occur.

ABIT has paid particular attention in the cooling area, including the 3-phase power solution and adding a cooler fan to the VIA Northbridge VT8363 chipset. The KT7 does not disappoint when it comes to performance the inclusion of the Highpoint HPT370 controller supporting ATA/100 and RAID 0,1 as standard enables ABIT achieves scores far superior than other motherboards in it's class.

The motherboard is truly jumperless providing settings for FSB and Voltage using ABIT's splendid SOFTMENU III technology, along with other extra features in the Bios makes it a natural choice for PC enthusiasts wanting a performance lead motherboard with all the features. The ABIT KT7-RAID has no equal currently, and its majestic design has a certain pizzazz. Well Done ABIT.
