Mad Onion 3DMark 2000

3DMark 2000 is one of the best 3D performance diagnostic benchmark software currently available. To provide a comprehensive result we ran under two resolutions 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768 both in 16-bit colour.

The Mesh D750XL is not the fastest we have seen, but the 3D scores are on level par with systems of its class. The Hercules 3D video card has only 32Mb onboard, and hence the score.

SYSmark 2000 is an application-based benchmark that reflects today's leading edge software applications for Internet Content Creation and Office Productivity.

SYSmark 2000 score of 134 is again not earth shattering as the Mesh is clearly pitched for the value end of the market. The lack of an extra 32Mb on the video card, non-ATA/100 hard disk drive, clearly hampers the score somewhat, and hence the score of 134.

ZIFF DAVIS - Content Creation Winstone 2000

Winstone 2000 is similar to SYSmark 2000 and is used by us a comparison to the SYSmark 2000 benchmarks.

Content Creation Winstone 2000 score of 26.8 is slightly better than the score achieved with the SYSmark benchmarks, and is more than average, again considering Mesh is aiming the system at the value end of the market this is pretty good going.
